These Terms govern your use of MSI-BPD Screen at bdptest.vloam.com, including the free MSI-BPD screening and the optional one-time personalized report.

MSI-BPD Screen (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the educational screening website at https://bdptest.vloam.com. Support: bdptest@vloam.com.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MSI-BPD Screen. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We provide a free, browser-based MSI-BPD (McLean Screening Instrument for Borderline Personality Disorder) self-screen and related educational content.
Optionally, after completing the screen, you may purchase a one-time personalized written report based on your answers and scores. The report is a digital product delivered online.
The Service is educational only. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for care from a licensed clinician. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.
You do not need an account to take the free screen. Progress may be stored only in your browser’s local storage on this device.
You must be 18 or older. You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law.
The screening test and basic score display are free. The personalized report is a one-time purchase at the price shown on our Pricing page and at checkout (currently $7.99 USD or the equivalent amount displayed for your currency).
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Completing checkout authorizes a single charge for that report unlock.
Prices are shown before you reach checkout. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Waffo Pancake is the legal seller of record for the paid report, and handles payment processing, applicable tax calculation/collection/remittance in covered markets, and related compliance.
Card details are entered on Waffo Pancake’s secure checkout. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
The billing descriptor on your statement may show Waffo Pancake and/or MSI-BPD Screen branding. If you do not recognize a charge, contact bdptest@vloam.com before filing a chargeback.
After confirmed payment, access to the personalized report for that result is granted digitally, usually within minutes. Keep your browser session or report link as instructed on the result page.
Because delivery is immediate and digital, refunds are limited as described below.
If checkout succeeds but the report fails to generate for technical reasons, or you believe the delivered report is defective, email bdptest@vloam.com within 14 days of purchase with your order or checkout reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, regenerate the report or arrange a refund through Waffo Pancake.
Once a personalized report has been successfully delivered and viewed, refunds are discretionary and generally not available solely because you disagree with the educational interpretation.
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution. We respond to billing questions within two business days where possible.
Personalized reports may be generated or drafted with assistance from third-party AI providers. Outputs are for educational reference only and may contain errors. They are not clinical advice.
If you unlock a report, the answers and scores you choose to submit are used solely to produce that report and related support, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms availability, reverse-engineer payment flows, or use it to provide regulated medical advice to others as if you were a licensed clinician.
You may not purchase reports on behalf of someone else without their informed consent.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, refuse or cancel the delivery of paid reports, or revoke access to previously generated reports without prior notice or refund if you breach any provision of these Terms (including, but not limited to, violating acceptable use rules, engaging in fraudulent payment activities, attempting unauthorized scraping, disrupting system availability, reverse-engineering, or misrepresenting clinical credentials).
Termination of your access does not limit our right to pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity. You shall be liable for all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and attorneys’ fees) incurred by us arising out of or resulting from your breach of these Terms or unauthorized use of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS ARE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR CLINICAL PURPOSE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on educational screening content. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid report purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that report.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for subsequent use. Material changes to paid-product terms will be reflected on this page before they apply to new purchases.
